I've lived in Clay County for 26 years and am grateful to call this community home. My husband and I have been married for 21 years, and we're raising two wonderful sons. I love serving the people in my community and helping them feel better, move more freely, and get back to doing the things they enjoy.
I trained at the Florida School of Advanced Bodywork, where I developed a strong foundation in therapeutic bodywork. Combined with years of hands-on experience and ongoing education, that training allows me to provide care that is both effective and personalized. My faith guides the way I serve others, and I approach every session with compassion, integrity, and a genuine desire to help each client achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
