About Nikki Cavanaugh, LMT
I specialize in Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Massage and have lived in Clay County for 26 years. My husband and I have been married for 21 years, and together we're raising two sons. Being part of this community is something I truly value, and I enjoy helping my neighbors feel and move better.
My education at the Florida School of Advanced Bodywork provided a strong foundation in therapeutic bodywork, and I combine that expertise with a sincere commitment to each client's well-being. Grounded in my faith, I strive to serve each person with compassion, integrity, and attentive care, creating sessions that are thoughtfully tailored to their individual needs and goals.
